Anna Jacobsen, Principal
Anna Jacobsen has over 17 years of experience in public health, urban planning, education, and homeless services, bringing a strategic approach to solutions that meet community needs. As the founder of CityWise, she partners with local governments and organizations to implement data-driven strategies that tackle complex social issues and advance equitable access to services. Anna’s expertise in strategic planning, policy development, and program evaluation ensures each project is tailored for sustainable impact. She holds master’s degrees in Public Administration and Urban Planning from the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy and is a member of both the American Evaluation Association and the Project Management Institute.

Diana Trejo, Principal
Diana Trejo began her public sector career in 2018 and excels in community engagement, policy development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. With her extensive experience in the public health and homeless services sectors as a foundation, she focuses on creating systems-based solutions that are responsive to the needs of communities. Her deep understanding of local government has enabled her to successfully lead multi-sector coordination and implement policy changes that address complex social issues. Diana holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern California and has managed over $10 million in federal, state, and local grants for homeless services programs.
