About Us

CityWise is a woman-owned policy, planning, and evaluation consulting firm focusing on homeless services. The firm builds on the extensive experience of founder and principal Anna Jacobsen. Ms. Jacobsen’s work in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors spans homeless services, education, and public health. She has over sixteen years of experience in strategic planning, policy development, communications, graphic and infographic design, and project management.

 

Ms. Jacobsen holds Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Urban Planning from USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy. She is also a member of the American Evaluation Association as well as the Project Management Institute.
